§ 01

Who we are

EigenFlow builds an intelligence layer for private markets: fund administration, investor reporting, and the analytical work that sits between a general partner and their limited partners. The product runs a domain-specific model layer inside a sealed execution environment, so a manager can put analysis to work without exposing the underlying positions, marks, or investor detail to anyone, including us.

We are an early-stage company. The full product, dashboards, and technical architecture are documented on our primary site at eigenflow.pro.

Fund administrationOperations
Capital accounts, allocations, waterfalls, and the reconciliation work that normally consumes an analyst's month-end.
Investor reportingLP relations
Statements, capital calls, distribution notices, and a portal LPs can actually read, generated from the same underlying record.
Confidential computeGovernance
Analysis runs under attested execution with per-contributor limits, so pooled intelligence never becomes pooled exposure.
§ 02

Why you heard from us

We write to a small number of fund managers and their teams each week. Our correspondence is business-to-business, sent by named people at this company, and addressed to a professional role rather than a private individual. We do not buy consumer lists, we do not use purchased or scraped personal data, and we do not send bulk marketing.

Contact details reach us through the following routes, in order of frequency:

Public filings
SEC Form D and related disclosures. Filings made under Regulation D are published by the Commission on EDGAR and include a contact for the issuer. This is a public record, and it is where most of our correspondence begins.
Published pages
Firm websites and professional profiles. Where a firm publishes a business contact for inbound enquiries, we treat that as an invitation to write about relevant business matters.
Introductions
Referrals and prior conversation. Someone suggested we speak, or we met at an industry event and agreed to follow up.

If none of these describe how we reached you, we would like to know. Write to gp@eigenflow.pro and we will trace the record, tell you what we hold, and remove it.

§ 03

The work behind it

The privacy architecture underneath the product is not a marketing claim; it is the subject of published research. Our working paper sets out the formal problem of how an intermediary can pool intelligence across competing managers without leaking any one manager's proprietary thesis, and the conditions under which it holds.
